Telecom Analyst Support:
Have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of modem telecommunications and information systems technologies. Knowledge of communication techniques, computer network exploitation/security techniques, and customer applications (mission, customer service methods, etc.) is of particular value.

Have a working knowledge and understanding of target analysis, target development, but most importantly computer network analysis. Ability to recognize potential collection opportunities that address SIGINT intelligence needs is a must. Creative and innovative thinking are of value in helping set strategic direction.

Must possess strong technical background in communications networks and hands-on experience with a variety of routers and VoIP technologies.

Possess vulnerability assessment skills for networked devices.

Capable of creating detailed network maps and modeling networks.

Must be knowledgeable of end-point and mid-point network systems. Be able to help develop strategies to converge end-point and mid-point collection points.

Be able to perform searches of various databases extract information from passive collection and apply to shaping strategies.
