System Engineer, Level 2:
Participate in an engineering and development team. Analyze system requirement and support design and development activities for complex systems. Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies. Responsible for the integration of requirements, design and technology during the design and development of complex systems. Seamlessly incorporate new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations. Develops associated technical documentation. Guides implementation of and adherence to the C4ISR/DoDAF process and Capability Maturity Model integrated (CMMi) best practices.
Requirements: 8 years experience in technical program management and/or as a system development team lead. At least 50% of this experience shall be in programs with particular relevance to SIGINT, Communications Systems, and/or Information Technology. 5 years experience as a system engineer in programs that encompassed systems architecture, requirements analysis, design, production, integration, test and transition into operations. 5 years system engineering experience obtained in an intelligence community environment.
